Where are the boots made?

All our boots are expertly hand crafted in Portugal. They are designed in LA.

Are the boots leather?

Yes. All our boots are made from a fine quality cow leather.

How do the boots fit?

The Chelsea Boots are standard sizing, some customers have gone down a half size from their usual fit.

The Classic and the Brogue are a wider fit and the No Lace and the Double Buckle are a narrower fit.

Are the boots resoleable?

Only the Original Chelsea Boot is able to be re-soled.

Can I wear my orthotics in these shoes?

Yes. All boots have removable inner soles so your orthotics can slide straight in.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship internationally, international shipping prices will be displayed at check out.

Can I exchange my boots?

Yes, we encourage that! Exchanges are free.


What is the return policy?

All boots are eligible for return within a 30 day period. The shoes must be unworn and in a saleable condition, with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the shoes have arrived at our warehouse and have been checked, we can process your exchange or you will be refunded via your original payment method.
